Shine Global, Shaanxi Style!

Information sources:Original    Release time:2026-07-15

The 2026 NOG International Oil & Gas Exhibition Nigeria successfully concluded in Abuja on July 9, local time. As a flagship overseas exhibition under the Shaanxi Provincial Department of Commerce’s “Shine Global, Shaanxi” initiative for 2026, the unified Shaanxi energy industry delegation was comprehensively organized and professionally managed by Xi’an Yuanfar International Trade Co., Ltd. The delegation comprised 13 high-caliber enterprises spanning the full energy value chain—from upstream exploration and production equipment to midstream transmission infrastructure and downstream intelligent control systems—marking the inaugural appearance of the integrated “Shaanxi Pavilion” at West Africa’s premier oil & gas event. Collectively, the delegation secured letters of intent totaling over RMB 90 million, establishing robust market entry pathways for high-end Shaanxi energy equipment into West Africa.

NOG Energy Week convened more than 400 upstream and downstream oil & gas enterprises from over 30 countries, solidifying its position as West Africa’s largest and most influential professional energy exhibition. To maximize commercial returns for participating enterprises, Yuanfar International adopted a proactive, province-wide coordination model—leading the selection, preparation, and deployment of Shaanxi-based manufacturers. Its end-to-end support encompassed pre-show enterprise vetting, strategic booth design and unified branding, on-site accommodation and ground logistics, cross-border compliance and safety assurance, and targeted business matchmaking. This holistic approach significantly alleviated logistical burdens for domestic manufacturers, enabling them to concentrate fully on high-value engagement with international buyers.

As official organizer and anchor exhibitor, Xi’an Yuanfar International showcased its proprietary oil & gas processing equipment and oilfield chemical product lines at the pavilion. Drawing upon over a decade of experience in energy equipment export and technical trade, Yuanfar coordinated a representative cross-section of Shaanxi’s energy manufacturing ecosystem—including providers of drilling and extraction machinery, pipeline systems, intelligent measurement & control devices, specialty chemical raw materials, and critical supporting components. The cohesive, value-chain-integrated display underscored Shaanxi’s industrial synergy and reinforced the global competitiveness of “Made-in-Shaanxi” energy solutions among Nigerian and broader West African buyers.

On the opening day, Mr. Zhang Wuxin, Deputy Director of the Shaanxi Provincial Department of Commerce, led an official delegation to inspect the Shaanxi Pavilion and conduct field-level research on challenges confronting local enterprises in overseas market expansion. Accompanied throughout by Yuanfar’s dedicated organizing team, the delegation engaged directly with exhibitors to gather first-hand insights on regulatory hurdles—including market access requirements, customs clearance procedures, export tax rebate mechanisms, and demand-supply matching gaps. In response, officials delivered on-site policy briefings and facilitated immediate interdepartmental coordination to resolve actionable issues—thereby strengthening the government-enterprise collaborative service mechanism for outbound enterprises.

Deputy Director Zhang commended Yuanfar International’s cluster-based “platform-led, collective go-global” model as a replicable benchmark for provincial foreign trade development. He emphasized that Nigeria—West Africa’s largest oil & gas economy—presents substantial opportunities in field rehabilitation, infrastructure modernization, and digital transformation, positioning it as a strategic priority market for Shaanxi’s advanced energy equipment suppliers. The Provincial Department of Commerce reaffirmed its commitment to scaling the “Shine Global, Shaanxi” initiative, providing sustained policy and resource support to comprehensive foreign trade platforms like Yuanfar International, and systematically advancing the international brand equity of Shaanxi’s high-end energy manufacturing sector.

Leveraging its deep-rooted presence and trusted distribution network across Africa, Yuanfar International hosted exclusive B2B matchmaking sessions between the Shaanxi delegation and Dangote Group—the continent’s largest industrial conglomerate—enabling precise, high-potential partnerships between Shaanxi manufacturers and leading regional industrial players. Supported by Yuanfar’s self-owned logistics infrastructure in Lagos—including bonded warehousing and last-mile delivery capabilities—the delegation received seamless local fulfillment services. This infrastructure-backed support substantially lowered market entry costs and operational barriers for SMEs, empowering them to establish sustainable, embedded operations within West Africa’s evolving energy ecosystem.

Thanks to Yuanfar International’s integrated planning, execution, and post-show follow-up, the Shaanxi delegation achieved exceptional outcomes—not only in exhibition efficiency and buyer engagement depth, but also in tangible commercial results: nearly RMB 100 million in preliminary cooperation agreements. These outcomes provide strong empirical validation for the “platform-driven, industry-cluster outbound” development paradigm.

The NOG Nigeria Exhibition marks a pivotal milestone in Yuanfar International’s strategic expansion within Africa’s energy sector—and signals the maturation of its exhibition service division into a full-service, sector-specialized facilitator for Chinese industrial globalization. Looking ahead, Xi’an Yuanfar International Trade Co., Ltd. will continue to deepen its footprint across key African energy markets, advance localized service capabilities, and accelerate the internationalization of China’s advanced manufacturing capacity through systematic, partnership-oriented market development.
